Involvement It was my pleasure to oversee the production for this annual event. I handled the planning and scheduling, coordinating with vendors, performers, and staff to make sure everything was in place. On-site, I managed technical setups such as sound and lighting, coordinated guest arrivals, and made sure communication flowed smoothly across all teams.

Survivors Speak is the largest gathering of crime survivors in the country. This annual event happens across eight state capitols and is hosted by Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice, a national network of nearly 200,000 crime survivors who are committed to creating healing communities and shaping public policy that makes all communities safe.
In collaboration with: RENDER Event Design & Production
Involvement I had the privilege of overseeing the transportation logistics for over 10,000 attendees across 8 different states. Working closely with a transportation partner, I created detailed timelines and schedules to ensure smooth travel for all participants. This included planning food stops for those traveling long distances to keep everyone refreshed and on schedule.
I also coordinated arrivals at each state capitol and ensured proper parking permits were arranged within the cities, making sure every vehicle had clear directions and smooth access to event locations.

Global Citizen Climate Sessions

Climate Sessions is a thought leadership series that occurs amid UNGA Week. It aims to create awareness and drive investments in a green transition and protecting access to education in the face of rapid climate change.

Involvement I oversaw the registration process & the check-in team making sure every guest had a seamless arrival experience. In addition, I managed a few key vendors, including those responsible for florals and decor, to ensure the venue reflected the event’s focus on sustainability and environmental awareness.
Throughout the event, my goal was to support the team in creating a smooth and impactful experience that allowed the important climate discussions to take center stage.

Holistic Life Foundation Sneaker Gala

The event aimed to raise funds and awareness for their incredible programs that bring yoga, meditation, and emotional resilience training to underserved communities.

Children’s Rights Gala

A fundraising event that brought together passionate advocates, donors, and community leaders to champion children's rights and raise essential funds for programs dedicated to supporting their well-being and future.

Involvement I had the privilege of supporting the Children’s Rights Foundation by helping bring their mission to life at this special fundraising event. I helped design an atmosphere that truly reflected the foundation's cause. I collaborated with vendors, helped coordinate food tastings, and made sure the decor elements communicated the values of the organization in a warm and welcoming way.
I assisted with guest check-in, ensuring a smooth process so that everyone was registered and ready to engage with our fundraising efforts. As a small token of thanks, I sourced Yeti mugs to all attendees—just a little something to show how much we appreciated their support. In addition to managing event details, I handled VIP transportation, making sure our special guests had a seamless experience from start to finish.
