HR leaders from across the US gathered for a leadership conference focused on sharing insights and driving innovation in the field of human resources.

Involvement As part of a Community Service Initiative, I was honored to partner with the Magic Yarn Project, a nonprofit organization that creates whimsical, handmade wigs for children battling cancer. At the conference attendees came together & created 500 wigs for children battling cancer and donated to Give Kids The World Village; a nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida that provides critically ill children and their families with week-long wish vacations at no cost.
In line with the client’s commitment to health and wellness, I worked closely with the hotel’s recreation team to offer attendees a variety of wellness activities, including a Disney themed 5K run and calming meditation sessions during the breakout periods. In addition, I partnered with a local bakery to provide our attendees with custom Disney-themed cookies, adding a sweet touch to their experience.
I had the pleasure of assisting the team in creating a unique award for select attendees, managing the entire process from concept creation and design to delivery. My focus was on ensuring the award reflected the client’s brand values and stood out as a meaningful and memorable token of appreciation.

Hotel Owners & Franchisee Conference

Owners and franchisees from across the US gathered for a conference centered on collaboration, innovation, and shaping the future of the brand.

Involvement As part of a meaningful Community Service Initiative, I assisted in organizing the donation of 150 bags to The NCVO, an organization dedicated to the care, education, and well-being of children and families in need in the Cayman Islands. Each bag was thoughtfully filled with fresh fruits, nutritious snacks, and school supplies, aimed at supporting both the health and education of children.
During the conference, I provided onsite support at the travel help desk, assisting attendees with scheduling and activity changes, ensuring everything ran smoothly in collaboration with the local DMC team. I also assisted the DMC team with transportation logistics.

Involvement As part of a meaningful Community Service Initiative, I had the privilege of working closely with the client to bring the Aitana Foundation—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children with cancer—to the CALA event. Together with the local DMC, we organized the donation of 300 essential medical kits, inviting attendees to pack and contribute, making a tangible difference for the foundation’s cause.
Drawing from my own Latin heritage, I was excited to introduce a Lotería-themed gifting experience, where each attendee received a 4-piece coaster set, celebrating the tradition of the Latin game.
In addition, I had the honor of working with a diverse group of vendors—ranging from gifting, photographers and local suppliers—to design unique experiences for the attendees. Together, we created a one-of-a-kind award piece using the conference theme colors and ensured every moment was captured with care and attention to detail, making the event truly memorable.
